A delegation from the Embassy of Colombia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia participated in a video meeting organized by the Association of Caribbean States in association with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to have a conversation regarding the latest Human Development Report with doctor Marcela Meléndez, Chief for Latin American and Caribbean at the UNDP.
